Most women who experience or have experienced an abusive relationship have a negative perspective on a good relationship because of their bad experience.

But in order to have a positive relationship you need:

  • To have a positive and healthy mindset before starting on a new relationship.
  • To have different thoughts about men, not all will be the same.
  • Always communicate things you like and dislike in your relationship with your partner.
  • Always meet your needs as well as your partners, it doesn’t have to be only one-sided or about you and not your partner.
  • Have weekly or monthly dinner set up where you only talk about relationship issues or things you want to achieve together.
  • Be open about your feelings, keeping a secret on how you feel about certain things in your relationship might cause problems.
  • Be responsible for your happiness, sometimes if you rely on your partner to make you happy and they don’t you will never be happy and end up being single.
