Mams Art Festival is soon to bring a blaze in Mamelodi West, Moretele Park on the 7th of December 2019.
This is the 13th annual Mams Arts Festival that will be held in Mamelodi.
This event is brining you a strong lineup of international acts, including Monique Bingham, Harrison Crump, Rocco Rodamaal and Ralf Gum. In addition to music, the festival will also showcase comedians, creatives and entrepreneurs.
“Fans and revelers coming to the festival can expect to be treated to local sounds from the likes of Pretoria’s leading entertainers including multiple Samawinning duo Black Motion, Mo Flava, Lerato Kganyago, Simmy, Dinho, De Josh, Bothlale, Cassper Nyovest and the most-loved lady of house and sensual sounds, Lady Zamar, who is one of the biggest names to come out of Pretoria”.
The festival grant you a multi-disciplinary music and lifestyle approach to arts and entertainment to transform your entertainment lifestyle taste and add up some relish into it.

Black Whole, a lounge in Mamelodi West A5, hosted a fashion show on Saturday night. The show was for South African fashion designers to showcase their talent and it was a breathtaking event.
Not only fashion designers were there but also artists from Gauteng were also there to show their talents. Singers included Nicho Dolo and Khomotso Maseko, the soulful team of two, who performed Bongiwe on stage.
Fashion designers included Paul Abrahams who feels that designing is just a gift. Kgale Ignetious from Benoni who’s planning to make his brand successful in two years.
Also there were, Langa Deborah from Kwazulu-Natal focusing on traditional wear and Victor Garebowe from Taung who designs casual and traditional wear and lingerie.
His company operates in Vista, Mamelodi East Extension 4. The hairstylist, Peter Matlala, who was nominated as the best South African stylist in 2016 was responsible for the models hair styles on the evening.
Jabu Shumba, a popular comedian from Mamelodi East, was there as part of the evenings entertainment. The host of the show Thato Khwinana said he wanted to bring something new into Mamelodi “I feel great about the event, it turned out great,” said Thato.
The event stared at 8pm until late and the crowd liked what they saw. “I feel absolutely fantastic to be here, I’ve never been to the fashion show before and I think is amazing,” said one of the female attendees.
The event showed new styles and a taste of fashion from different designers which was amazing. More events are planned for the Black Whole Lounge.
